What is Upfirst?

Upfirst is an AI receptionist for small businesses. It answers every call, takes messages, books appointments, transfers to the right person, and answers callers' questions about your business.

This server puts that receptionist inside your AI client. Pull up last week's calls, read the transcripts, find where it fell short — then fix it without switching tabs. Edits retrain the receptionist within minutes, so a change you make in conversation lands on the next call.

What you can do

Calls — filter and search call history, read AI summaries and captured data, pull full transcripts turn by turn.

Account & agents — snapshot the whole account; read and update a receptionist's greeting, tone, speech rate, and call blocking.

Knowledge — read, add, edit, and delete the entries your receptionist answers from, with optional weekly schedules so facts only apply during business hours.

Skills — create and manage what it does on a call: text the caller, text a scheduling link, transfer with fallback destinations.
