Rhoiscribe is a local MCP server for Hearts of Iron IV modding agents. It provides a bundled reference layer and generation tools so that AI agents can produce game‑readable HOI4 content without requiring network access or repeated web searches.

How to use Rhoiscribe?

Build the server with cargo build --release, then configure your MCP client (e.g., Codex, Claude Code) to use the resulting binary (rhoiscribe.exe on Windows, rhoiscribe on Linux/macOS).
