Overview
What is Neurodock?
Neurodock is an MCP-native suite of servers that provides Claude with memory of your work, a sense of time, a rumination guardrail, and a translator for corporate ambiguity. Built for neurodivergent professionals — self-ID only, no diagnosis required — it runs locally by default with no telemetry and integrates with any MCP-aware client (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor).
How to use Neurodock?
Install with one command: npx --yes @neurodock/cli@latest install-all (requires Python 3.11+ and Node 22+ on macOS, Linux, or Windows). After installation, full-quit Claude (close-window is not enough) then start a conversation. You can immediately ask for help like "What was I working on yesterday?" or "Plan my morning." For proactive guardrails (optional), run neurodock install-hooks. A browser extension is also available for inline corporate-speak translation.

FAQ from Neurodock
What does Neurodock do and who is it for?
Neurodock gives Claude a cognitive substrate that remembers, paces, and refuses — designed for neurodivergent professionals. Self-identification is sufficient; no medical diagnosis or gatekeeping required.
How do I install Neurodock?
Run npx --yes @neurodock/cli@latest install-all on your terminal. It installs the five MCP servers, wires them into Claude Desktop / Claude Code / Cursor, and drops a starter profile at ~/.neurodock/profile.yaml. Requires Python 3.11+ and Node 22+.
Is my data sent to the cloud?
No. Neurodock is local-first by default. All data stays on your machine unless you explicitly enable a cloud option. The personal cognitive graph and neurotype profile are never hosted.
How do I update Neurodock?
Run npx --yes @neurodock/cli@latest update. It upgrades the six MCP servers, refreshes client configs, and re-registers the native-messaging host. Full-quit Claude after updating so it re-reads its MCP config.
Do I need a diagnosis or any special access to use Neurodock?
No. Self-identification is sufficient. No diagnosis, no referral, no gatekeeping. Neurodock is built for neurodivergent professionals — self-ID only.
