How to use GitHub MCP Server?

Set up by cloning the repository, running npm install and npm run build, then providing a GitHub Personal Access Token via the GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN environment variable. Run locally with GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN=your_token_here node dist/index.js. For Smithery deployment, configure the token through the githubPersonalAccessToken option.
