Arvo Mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that connects your AI assistant to Arvo, an AI-powered fitness coach. It allows you to log gym sessions, track personal records (PRs), analyze body progress, and manage training splits through natural conversation in Claude Desktop, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible clients.
How to use Arvo Mcp?
Obtain an API key from your Arvo account (Settings → API Keys), then configure your MCP client with the command npx -y arvo-mcp and the environment variable ARVO_API_KEY. After restarting your client, you can ask natural language questions like "What's my workout today?" or "Show me my recent PRs."
