About AdminLanding

AdminLanding — French rental, frontalier & home-employment compliance tools (FR/EN). Sourced, dated answers from deterministic rule engines and official datasets — no AI, no account needed for the 10 free tools: zone tendue status (which list — reduced notice or tax only), tenant notice period (préavis) with end date, DPE letting ban / rent freeze / validity, IRL rent revision (live INSEE series), net Swiss salary by canton, LAMal vs CMU, Swiss vs French family allowances, Geneva quasi-resident status, and the end of a home-employment contract under CCN IDCC 3239 (notice, calendar, indemnity, documents — for the employer or the employee, assistant maternel included). Sign in with a personal API key or OAuth (/mcp/account) to work on your own records: properties, deadlines (rental, cross-border, home employment), compliance status, home-employment relationships (both parties see the same calendar), and to generate French PDFs from fixed legal templates — rent receipts (free), leases, rent-revision and charge letters, formal notices, cross-border reports, and the 13 home-employment end-of-contract letters and sheets (convocation, termination, resignation, notice waivers, rupture conventionnelle, settlement checks, URSSAF sheet, trial-period end, handover receipt) — then send a lease or a co-signed home-employment document for eIDAS e-signature (humans sign; the assistant only asks). Every answer carries its legal sources and verification date; every refusal is structured and free; packs and credits are bought in the browser, never through the connector. General information, not legal advice.

Overview

What is AdminLanding?

AdminLanding is a bilingual (EN/FR) toolkit for French rental compliance, France–Switzerland cross-border (frontalier) questions and home employment (household employer ↔ nanny, carer, cleaner or assistant maternel) — for expats, landlords, cross-border workers and the people who work for families. Free calculators need no account; document generation runs on one-time packs (no subscription).

Free rental tools (no account needed)

  • check_zone_tendue — is a commune in the zone tendue perimeter, and which list (reduced tenant notice vs tax-only)?
  • calculate_tenant_notice_period — a tenant's notice period (préavis) to end a French lease.
  • check_dpe_rental_restrictions — letting bans, rent freeze and DPE validity by energy class.
  • calculate_rent_revision — the legally revised rent from the INSEE IRL index.

Free cross-border (frontalier) tools (no account needed)

  • calculate_net_swiss_salary — gross → net Swiss salary (AVS, LPP, accident) by border canton.
  • compare_lamal_cmu — health-cover cost: Swiss LAMal vs French CMU/PUMa.
  • compare_family_allowances — Swiss canton vs French CAF allowances + EU differential.
  • check_geneva_quasi_resident — the ≥90%-income test that unlocks Geneva deductions.

Free home-employment tools (no account needed) — CCN IDCC 3239

End of a contract between a household employer (CESU / Pajemploi) and a home employee. Same figures whichever party asks — pass party: employer or employee and only the wording changes. Every figure is read from the extended convention text (verified 26/08/2026).

  • calculate_home_employment_end_of_contract — notice by seniority, the earliest entretien préalable date (CCN art. 161.1.1.1 — the convention's own procedure, not the Code du travail's), end date from the first presentation of the letter, dismissal indemnity (art. 163.1), rupture conventionnelle windows, last CESU/Pajemploi declaration, the 6-month settlement contest window, and the end-of-contract documents with who produces and who receives each.
  • calculate_assistant_maternel_end_of_contract — the same for an assistant maternel (assmat): child withdrawal or resignation, notice by length of care (art. 120), 1/80 indemnity (art. 121.1); rupture conventionnelle is not available (CASF L.423-2).

Your own records (with an account)

Sign in and the agent works from what you have already saved — you never type an id or another person's data.

  • list_properties — your own properties (by address) with pre-fill defaults; no tenant data leaves your account.
  • list_deadlines — your own compliance deadlines, derived fresh from your records (IRL revision, insurance, charges, lease notice, DPE validity, maintenance, courrier follow-ups, frontalier windows, home-employment dates — entretien, notice end, last declaration, settlement window).
  • get_compliance_status — one property's compliance cockpit.
  • list_home_employments — your home-employment relationships, on whichever side you are: the other party's name, regime, how the contract ends, the shared calendar, who declared the dates and when, and whether the other party has joined and opened the record.
  • get_home_employment — one relationship in full: calendar, amounts, the reminders rail, which documents you can produce in your role, and whether both profiles are complete.

Rental documents (with an account + Rental Pack)

  • generate_rent_receipt — a compliant rent receipt (quittance de loyer) as a PDF.
  • generate_lease — a French residential lease (bail meublé / vide) as a PDF.
  • generate_rent_revision — the annual IRL rent-revision notice (same INSEE index as the free calculator).
  • generate_charge_regularization — the annual charge-regularization statement.
  • generate_lease_termination — a lease-termination notice (congé / résiliation).
  • generate_formal_notice — a formal notice to pay unpaid rent (mise en demeure).
  • generate_payment_reminder — an amicable unpaid-rent reminder (relance).
  • generate_lease_amendment — a lease amendment (avenant au bail).

Home-employment documents (with an account + Home Employment Pack)

One relationship, two parties: the employer's pack (€29, one end-of-contract procedure) covers both sides; an employee whose employer is not on the platform can use the €9 employee pack. Each document is a fixed French template under CCN 3239, identifies both parties from their own profiles (the other party's details can be corrected in the request), and is refused — free of charge — when the role, the dates or the profiles don't allow it.

  • Employer letters: generate_home_employment_convocation (invitation to the entretien préalable), generate_home_employment_licenciement (termination letter — closed list of motif categories, the facts are yours and are never stored or assessed), generate_home_employment_dispense_employeur (employer's notice waiver, notice paid).
  • Employee letters: generate_home_employment_demission (resignation), generate_home_employment_dispense_nouvel_emploi (waiver for a new job, art. 162.4.1), generate_home_employment_demande_documents (request for the end-of-contract documents), generate_home_employment_reserves_stc (reservations on the settlement receipt).
  • Either party: generate_home_employment_rupture_periode_essai (end of the trial period, art. 44-1-3).
  • Both parties (delivered to both vaults): generate_home_employment_rupture_conventionnelle (mutual termination agreement — e-signable), generate_home_employment_dispense_demande_salarie (notice waiver at the employee's request, art. 64-2 — e-signable), generate_home_employment_decharge_remise (hand-delivery receipt), generate_home_employment_verification_stc (settlement arithmetic check), generate_home_employment_fiche_urssaf (end-of-contract sheet for the CESU/Pajemploi declarations).
  • share_home_employment_document — send a copy of one of your letters to the other party's vault.

Cross-border documents (with an account + Cross-Border Pack)

The annual édition — unlimited documents within the year. Each report is the paid counterpart of a free calculator above, on the same figures.

  • generate_lamal_cmu_report — the LAMal vs CMU comparison as a PDF.
  • generate_family_allowances_report — the Swiss vs French allowances report (EU differential).
  • generate_geneva_rectification — the Geneva quasi-resident rectification report.
  • generate_infohub_guide — a personalized frontalier guide (canton, life stage, chosen topics).

E-signature

  • request_signature — send a generated lease, or a co-signed home-employment document (rupture conventionnelle, notice-waiver agreement), for EU eIDAS e-signature; one signature credit per signer, always confirmed with you first. Humans sign; the assistant only asks.

All tools are deterministic rule engines and fixed legal templates — not AI-generated, and none of them assesses a person or the merits of a reason. This is general information, not legal advice. Documents are issued in French for legal validity (an English companion page is optional); the interface is bilingual EN/FR, and data is processed in the EU. Packs and credits are always bought in the browser, never through the server.
